Clinical Massage Therapy




Clinical massage therapy focuses on the treatment of soft tissue to maintain, develop, or rehabilitate a person’s physical function. It can improve joint and muscle function, healing, helps with healing as a result of a motor vehicle accident (whiplash), metabolism and circulation. It is a holistic and non-invasive way of assisting people on their path to health. As a substitute or in addition to traditional treatments such as medications, injections and surgery, massage therapy can assist in preventing and recovering from sports injuries and pain including; muscle cramping, digestive concerns, lower back pain, stress management, soft tissue injuries, pregnancy care, scar tissue, carpel tunnel syndrome, sciatica, arthritis, headaches, postural conditions, and whiplash.

Treatment modalities used may include deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, trigger point release, stretching, facial nerve issues, and lymph drainage.
